Subhojit Roy

Subhojit Roy has been CIO & Senior Vice President - Information Technology, SBI Funds Management till 31 August 2021 and was associated with the company from August 2000 onwards. As Chief Information Officer (CIO) of SBI Funds Management, India’s largest Asset Management Company (assets under management of more than Rs. 500,000 crores), he was responsible for information technology and information security functions of the company. He has built the entire technology function in the company over the years from the scratch. He has partnered with BUs to lead sustained organizational changes through business transformation programs with multi-disciplinary team. He contributed significantly to company’s growth by leading new business initiatives, conceptualizing/ managing many projects in Mutual Fund business domains, including Cloud Strategy & Migration, Enterprise Data Analytics, IS Security & Risk Management, sales & customer services, DR and business continuity and others. Prior to SBI Mutual Fund, he had worked in another Mutual Fund and two software consultancy companies.

Subhojit Roy is a qualified techno-functional professional with rich experience of management & operations of IT and information security functions in financial services domain. He has extensive experience of governance and management of technology, program & project management, tech evaluation, operations of technology, information security management and strategic leadership of enterprise-level information technology and Information Systems security in financial services domain.

He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). A Visiting Faculty in Business Management Colleges in Mumbai, he has been an active member of CIO community, speaker in various technology forum, member of industry committees and working groups. He has done Management Development Program of IIM Ahmedabad. Roy is Post-Graduate Diploma in Systems Management and M.Sc. from University of Calcutta, India.

Vukosi Sambo

Vukosi Sambo is an experienced executive and renowned key note speaker, with extensive experience in healthcare, financial services, FMCG and Market Research. He is an expert specialist in data science, AI & ML, digital strategies, cloud computing & security, risk management and actuarial, business architecture, consumer research and insights, remuneration design, and operations management. He currently serves as the Head of Data Solutions at Medscheme, a leading South African health insurer with almost 4 million lives under administration. Prior to Joining Medscheme, Vukosi served as Chief Data Officer at Kaelo, held senior roles in Discovery Bank, SAB, Nielsen and Discovery Health. He has won several awards including 2020 Global Top 100 Data Visionary. His background includes studies in Bachelor of Economic Science (Wits), Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from University of Texas (USA), Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing (University of Texas, USA), Post Graduate Program in Risk Management (Unisa), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Unisa), Post Graduate Executive education in Digital Strategies for Business (Columbia Business School, USA), Certificate in Lean Six Sigma (BMGI University, USA) and Certificate in Advanced Forecasting for Data Analysts (Adcorp Analytics). Vukosi is also certified in Machine Learning, Big Data and Cybersecurity. He is currently studying towards an MBA with Unisa SBL. He is an international conference speaker and contributing writer on Data analytics and technology leadership forums. He is a comrade marathon, two oceans marathon and Soweto marathon finisher.

Alexandre Blanc is cyber risk subject matter expert, from local infrastructures to global threat landscape analysis, working as vCISO at VARS Corporation.
Alexandre is certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead implementer, awarded Linkedin top voice 2020 in technology, ERPI Cyber Risk Communicator of 2019-2020, and Cyber Sentinel Award 2020.
Over 20 years of infrastructure management, protecting and securing systems from threats. He loves to correlate information from OSINT, and draw global trends in cyber threat landscape and share about these topics. His hands on experience on protecting sensitive infrastructures, combined with daily threats trend analysis and awareness raising, brought him to an essential position in regard to risk analysis overview, information sharing, from low to high level perspectives

Prior to joining Aquila I, Aditya held many top leadership positions at organisations such as the Centre of Recognition and Excellence, Kasturi & Sons Ltd., and International Data Group (IDG India).
